You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and all content you have created in Daysie at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, how to request it, and our commitment to processing your request promptly.

What Gets Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Send us an email from the address linked to your Daysie account. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to customerservice@daysie.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Daysie account so we can locate your data.
  3. We will send you a confirmation within 3 business days acknowledging your request.
  4. Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of your request.

What Cannot Be Deleted

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information even after a deletion request:
